What are the shipping costs? TOP

New Reduced Shipping Rates!

For US purchases, all jewelry is delivered via USPS First Class Mail for a $3.50 flat fee, no matter how much you order! All orders leave our studio within 3-5 business days. Then please allow 2-5 additional business days for transit time.

Please note the new International Shipping: Shipping to Cananda is a $3.75 flat fee. All other International packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail for a flat fee of $4.50.

If you need overnight shipping, please contact us for international and domestic rates.

For wholesale purchases, shipping will be quoted to you at time of packaging and a separate invoice will be emailed to you. Delivery times vary depending on the size of the order. Please contact us for terms.

What if I don't know my ring size? TOP

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
Now Accepting Credit Cards! Due to frequent customer request, we now accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Paypal: Through Paypal, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. No account required to use Paypal.

What is your return policy? TOP

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price when the item is returned within 14 days in its original packaging. Please be sure to contact us via email at info@georgiedesigns.com before returning your item to get a return authorization number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please email us with any questions regarding the return policy.

No returns on custom orders or rings special ordered in a 1/4 size (i.e. 5 3/4 or 6 1/4).

No returns will be accepted for Ring of the Month club. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be issued.

Is your jewelry eco-friendly? TOP
To be good to the environment, all of the sterling silver wire used on the site is now recycled sterling silver wire. Mining is a dirty process, and given the large amounts of sterling silver wire I use to make rings, I have made the decision to do my part in being eco-friendly.

Will you resize an item? TOP
Most jewelry can be adjusted. Just send us an email prior to purchasing and let us know your specifications and we will let you know if it can be done.

Do you do special orders? TOP
Yes! Just ask! We often get requests to match a ring or bracelet to a necklace we have listed. As long as we still have matching beads in stock, it can be done!

Want a necklace or bracelet to be longer or shorter? Just ask! Most can be made in any length.

Need a ring size that isn't listed? Rings can be made in any size. Just contact us!
